I’m so embarrassed but then again, this is how the internet world is! Full of scammers and at one time or another, we’ll fall into their hands and be a victim!

So I decided to abandon all the PTR site and the PTR journey. All of those sites are scams. Indeed, too good to be true!

They want you to upgrade so that you can request a payout. Some sites even offer you awesome gifts like a free laptop or a MacBook, an iPhone or iPod Touch for free or whatever. As a gift for purchasing the upgrade.

But you never get that gift and you surely don’t get your payout!

The screenshots of been paid page, I suppose it’s all fake! Like I tend to say, scammers, crooks and criminals can be very creative and they are great artists when it comes to faking stuff.

I’m sorry if I induced any of you into this, but know that I am only human and I learn from my mistakes!

I’ll stick to earning great gifts and prizes for free with these sites instead.

As mentioned in my previous post, I decided to try these PTR sites until I reach payout and see  if they pay.

These Paid-To-Read sites offer a minimum of $1.00 up to $51.00 per email read. Unlike PTC sites, these pay so much better than it sounds too good to be true. And as the common says, if it’s too good to be true, it must be!

Yet I am still tempted to give it a try because I see the payouts made on the Been Paid page. Who knows! Maybe I’ll end up having a $10,000 transferred to my Paypal or Liberty Reserve account! If all you do is look at the opportunities pass you by because you think it’s a scam, your situation remains the same, right? And if it does turn out to be a scam, oh well! I didn’t lose any money! Just time…

Time passes by anyway. If you don’t take action, things can go your way or against you. I choose to take actions to make things go my way!

Below is a table I made. Every week, I will post my earnings and will try to click on a daily basis as much as possible. Once I reach payout, I’ll request a cashout and will post proof payment as well.

Program name: Name of the PTR program (duh!)

Min. Payout: the amount to reach before a payout request is allowed

Avg. $/day: Amount of money to be paid per day. For instance, a PTR site would be quite boring if there are only one or two ads to click. It’s not very entertaining (lucrative) for email readers.

Ratio: the result is the minimum payout divided by the average dollars that can be made per day. This calculation is done so that free members can have an idea of about when they can cash out for the first time.  Reading emails forever and never see your money is not entertaining either.

Upgrade: the price for an upgrade. Some PTR programs offer only one upgrade option while others have a monthly and yearly option or different levels of upgrade memberships (bronze, silver, gold, platinum).

Like most people on the internet, I started to earn some extra cash online by clicking on links and viewing other people’s ads and websites for 30 seconds or so. Those are PTC sites. They mostly pay about a penny, $0.01 per click. Then one day, I stumbled on a possible scam site. I basically just signed up to get credits because I was a member of a downline builder site.

By clicking on the ads to be an active member and get my signup approval, I encountered other high paying PTR sites like that! What a surprise!

Maybe I got excited, maybe it’s too good  to be true, maybe I’m wasting my time, but heck: if all goes right, I’ll have about $50,000 transferred to my account! In real money!

So I thought I would create a special section on my blog dedicated to these sites so that people can follow my progress and see whether I got scammed or not. YES I am willing to “waste my time”. I’d rather walk and end up somewhere rather than watch people walk and realize later that I could have been there too, had I walked with them when I had the chance too!

Here’s my strategy to click for money, cash out and upgrade with those earnings in order to receive a higher return on investment. In this case, investment was my time!

If you don’t know me, I’ll tell you this about me. I don’t like to spend out-of-pocket money I don’t have to buy ad packages, especially when I don’t know for sure whether I’ll get some positive results or not. So I would use earnings from PTC sites to fund my ad campaigns.

For this particular project, I thought it would be a good move to actively promote and click Rolex-Mails for the following reasons:

1. $1000 Payout – real money to your account: after 5 consecutive days I concluded that there is an average of $40 to be made daily on that site. So it should take me less than a month to reach the payout amount and request for cash out.
   
2. $5 Referral Bonus: of course, the key to any online business venture is building a downline! And for your information – Level 1 – 20% Level 2 – 15% Level 3 – 10% Level 4 – 5% Level 5 – 3% – While most sites pay only on 2 levels.
3. Payouts will be made within 144h = 6 days: which is pretty quick as opposed to 30 days+ in other sites
   
4. Payments are made via: PayPal, Alertpay, MoneyBookers, Western Union, LibertyReserve – I will cashout to my because most of these sites use Liberty Reserve as a payment processor and the prices for upgrades are cheaper when using that payment method.

Theorically I should have $1,000 to my LR account around November 15th 2009, if not before then. I will definitely post up a screen shot of the payment. After that, I will keep 40% of that earnings and reinvest 60% in upgrades in other similar programs.
